Hook & Chook is back on top of its game. It has a new broad menu which also includes fish burger, grilled fish and the cheapest imported steak in town offering customers more options to choose from. Its always clean and airconditioned. The staff are friendly and attentative. The food was simply great and affordable and their new breakfast menu has also become very popular. I love going there with my friends with a Saturday morning hangover. Its just over one year old and looks set to become a leading restaurant in Suva in years to come. If Rod prefers the Koreans fish & chips at Terry Walk,then he has no idea what he is talking about because I will not stoop that low. Thumps up for Hook & Chook.

Tried it and was dissappointed. Fish dry, batter dry. Felt the fish was overfried on the asbestoes end of the fried fish scale. The one at Terry Walk by the Koreans are far better and cheaper.

The foods alright here, but I was surprised at having to pay for the plastic cutlery! The place is quite small though and the seats too close. Takeaways better. Otherwise, good stuff :)
