I saw this one night as I passed by the counter at closing time. It seems the staff get trained in shifts and every time I went up there, the people behind the counter didn't know how to make it ... at least they were upfront about it, and it's comforting to know that they take the quality of their product seriously.<BR/><BR/>Back to the laksa: a little hard to complain about the only readily accessible source of laksa in Suva.
