One thing I have to say about Singhs...unlike the stomach churning (yet not surprisingly agreeable taste) of restaurants like Maya Dhaba and other folks posing as "authentic" indian ventures, Mr. Singh lays out a simple unassuming menu thats as close to home as you can get out of a food warmer. Probably explains the popularity of the restaurant. Singhs at the MHCC is a worthwhile visit for the oil phobics.
